New VL1 arrives and warmly received
With a much easier to operate user interface and far simpler operation, the powerful new VL1 has over 20 new features and improvements including :-
- Records multi-burst photos and video clips at the same time (Combo mode)
- New backlit LCD display with easy to use mobile phone style menu structure
- LED indicator for testing and indication of recording and operational status
- Backup battery saves all settings and keeps clock operating during power fail
- Multi-burst photos 1,2,5 or 10 shots per trigger
- Photo resolution increased to 3 megapixels
- Highly sensitive microphone for audio recording with video
- Video quality increased
- Video clips from 10 seconds to 60 seconds
- Time and date stamp on both video and photos
- New bracket to enable up / down adjustment independent of light
- Ability to copy recordings from internal memory to SD card
- Now stores up to 5120 photos or 1024 videos per card
- Menu option to quickly restore factory defaults
- Operates as a web cam and floodlight
- Floodlight operates from 10 seconds to 10 minutes
- Re-trigger delay increased to up to 120 seconds
- SD card capacity increased to 2Gb
- New mounting bracket for easy of adjustment
